HOW IT WORKS

Membership at TtB Youth Association is open to any Norwegian youth aged 16 and above. Applications for membership will be collected in a certain period starting from 2024, and after the initial selection stage, candidates will be interviewed, and a trial period for membership candidates will begin.

• Every member must read and respect the Charter, rules, and values of the organization.
• Members must ensure regular communication and accountability, attend the organization's monthly and annual general meetings, and participate in team meetings.
• Members must participate in the activity programs implemented to complete the trial period.
• Each member must actively participate in the work of their assigned team, fulfill the assigned tasks, and complete the work on time.

Candidates who have completed the trial period will be invited to an interview, and based on the decision of the interview team, candidates will either be accepted as members or rejected. Before the interview, prepared evaluation forms will be filled out by the candidate and the activity team coordinator.

• Full members can hold positions in the organization's management structure.
• Experienced full members can run for various leadership positions based on their tenure.
• Full members can represent the organization in projects, subject to approval.
• Full members can request recommendation letters for project applications.

Full members are expected to actively participate in the organization's projects and activities. They can also take on leadership roles within the organization's management structure, contributing to its growth and development.

• Full members are encouraged to propose and lead new initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.
• Experienced full members can take on mentorship roles, guiding new members and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment within the organization.
• Full members are expected to attend and actively contribute to the organization's regular meetings and events, providing valuable insights and perspectives.

As full members, individuals play a crucial role in the organization's sustainability and impact. They are expected to contribute actively to the organization's growth and development, ensuring its continued success.

• Full members are responsible for upholding the organization's values and principles in all their interactions and activities.
• Full members are expected to actively promote the organization's projects and initiatives, both locally and internationally, to increase its visibility and impact.
• Full members can continue to represent the organization in various forums and events, showcasing its values and mission to a wider audience.
