ELECTRONIC APPLICATION
This application form is the initial step of the 3-stage application process to become a member of the TtB Youth Association. In the first stage, applications submitted by candidates who have filled out this application form correctly and completely will be reviewed. Within 2-4 weeks, official emails will only be sent to selected candidates for the 1st interview stage. Candidates who do not fill out the application form correctly and completely will not be able to pass the initial selection stage.
TRIAL PERIOD
When suitable applications are selected, in the 2nd stage, candidates will be invited in groups for an introduction to our office in Trondheim. Then, candidates will start a 3-month trial period, during which they will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the implemented program and demonstrate activity.
INTERVIEW
In the presence of the Management Board, the evaluation of the candidate's activity during the trial period will be conducted, and the final membership interview of the candidates will be organized.
FULL MEMBERSHIP
Candidates who successfully complete the trial period and pass the interview will be selected as full members. A candidate who successfully passes the interview will be appointed as a full member of the TtB Youth Association.
